• School Improvement & Pre/Post-Ofsted Support: developmental school reviews aligned to the current Ofsted framework — learning walks, work scrutiny and leadership discussions, followed by a clear written report with actionable next steps. Many schools work with us as a long-term improvement partner, with regular visits to report on progress and keep them on track. We also provide focused inspection-readiness support before and after inspection, helping leaders present their school’s story with evidence, precision and confidence.
